Guide for Employer Registration and Job Posting

Step 1: Register

1. Go to the top right corner of the website and click on ‘Register’.

2. Fill in your details:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Select whether you are an employer or a candidate.

3. Click on ‘Register’ to create your account.

Step 2: Explore the Dashboard

After registering, you will be taken to your dashboard. Here you will find various sections:

  • Profile: Here you can see the number of job vacancies your organisation currently has.
  • Account: Manage settings, membership, customer details and payments.

Step 3: Drop-down Menu

A drop-down menu appears at the top right next to your name. This is identical to the menu on the left and helps you navigate through your dashboard.

Step 4: Purchase Subscription

  • Click on the desired subscription.
  • Press ‘Order’.
  • Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Proceed to the payment section.

You have three payment options:

Step 5: Subscription display

After payment, your subscription will appear in the dashboard under ‘Subscription’. Here you can also see the validity period.

Step 6: Post a job

  • Go to the home page and click on ‘Vacancies’.
  • Click on the green bar ‘Add vacancy’.
  • Enter the name of the vacancy and press ‘Save’.

Step 7: Fill in the vacancy details

Content: Fill in all relevant information, such as:

  • Hours per week
  • Field of expertise
  • Province
  • Education level
  • Salary indication
  • Employment contract
  • Sector
  • Location (always state the location of the vacancy)

Step 8: Add images

Add your company logo in the image field to make the job vacancy more attractive.

Step 9: Publish Job Vacancy

Once you have entered all the details, click on ‘Publish’. Your job vacancy is now online!
